# How to set up elasticsearch on openshift container platform

Hi,

I read many blogs but dint get any solution. Can anyone please help me on how to set up elasticsearch on openshift container platform. Thanks!

Hi,  
For logging Openshift offer a repo with built-in EFK stack (using Fluentd), available [here](https://github.com/openshift/origin-aggregated-logging).

For other purposes or full customisation you should use the new Elasticsearch Operator available on [operatorhub.io](https://operatorhub.io/operator/elastic-cloud-eck) and described [here](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-on-k8s/0.9/index.html) 🙂
