# How to set up filebeat

Hi I am trying to set up filebeat to learn how to use it and Elastic ( I am new to this)
I have set up winlogbeat and metric beat and they are working.
When i set up filebeat i get
No matching indices found: No indices match pattern "filebeat-\*"
I can not seem to figure out what i have done incorrectly.
Is there any way someone could link me to a good video or install guide with examples of how to view the files.
