How do you control the Salesforce HOST/URL that you want to connect to?

All I see in the input fields is a boolean switch that says it will use '[test.salesforce.com](http://test.salesforce.com)'.

I have never used it, but my understanding is that you do not control it. You connect to [salesforce.com](http://salesforce.com) and once you are authenticated they will redirect you to the appropriate instance.

Hi,

Have you found a way to do that by now? I'm trying to get this plugin to connect to a developer account that I just created and it keeps complaining that the user was not found...
