# How to tag or star rows in kibana to find later

Trying to determine a way during log review to “tag”, “star”, or add a user defined comment so I can later simply search for those rows. Any such way of accomplishing this? Sounds like possibly via a plugin but how do I get started?

Hi @dnides,
We don't have this functionality in place yet. Work is started for tagging saved objects, but tagging to the level of detail this user is looking for is not currently on the roadmap.
