# How to update elastic-agent API key?

hello.

I want to unenroll and re-enroll an agent in fleet.  
Where can I update the API KEY?

I want a way other than reinstalling.

Exactly which API Key?

Or Are you talking enrollment token which is not an API key?

And finally probably the most important question. What are you trying to accomplish?
