# How to use elastic ui within angular plugin

I am building a custom external plugin using Angular.

I want to use Elastic UI for styling. How can I use it within angular?

Hi Sheereen,

Not sure if you are still struggling with this issue. EUI is a library of React components. From a quick search there are a few ways to embed React components in an Angular application. But one I found that might work in your case using using Angular Directives as a wrapper, [as per this blog post](https://netbasal.com/using-react-in-angular-applications-1bb907ecac91).

I would suggest researching ways of using React components in Angular as there are many resources out there to help. Best of luck!
