%{HAPROXYTIME:logtime} and %{TIMESTAMP\_ISO8601:logtime} not work

If the standard time formats do not work then you have to make your own like this:

%{MONTH} %{MONTHDAY}, %{YEAR} %{TIME} %{WORD:AMorPM}
