# I have data in my ealsticsearch,but i can not find it in my kibana

In my elasticsearch cluster, i have an index as following:

but now when i create the index in my kibana,i can see nothing,where is the problem?

Have you selected the correct timeframe?

Also please don't post pictures of text, they are difficult to read and some people may not be even able to see them.

OK. I will notice that next time.  
Now i've found that if i do not select the "time filter field name"，i can see the data.  
When i set the ntp in my network devices , it does work~

Hi same issue,  
Index correct in ES , but not in Kibana/Discover.  
What is the check list ?  
In my case no timestamp...

please check the time in your device , maybe you need to configure the ntp

Have you created index pattern in management console ..can you see fields there...?

First step should be to create index pattern . without index pattern I believe you can not view data in discover tab

Seems Kibana is not connecting ES check config
