# I installed elasticsearch 8.7 but icant acess it through my browser down here is my yml file

Hi @coolin_dady,

There could be a few reasons why your Elasticsearch cluster is not accessible. Do you have an errors in the logs at all?

You cant access Elasticsearch thru browser directly, elasticsearch only accessible via APIs.  
If you want to access graphical interface in browser, you need to install Kibana alongside with Elasticsearch,

What is the result of the following run from the same host that elasticsearch is on.

`curl -k -v -u elastic https://172.16.32.99:9200`

What happens if you run it from another host that's on the same network?
