Hello everyone, I have setup cluster of 3 nodes, I want to use security features like alerting. For alerting I need a license. If I buy elastic license, can I use the features without migrating to the cloud? ---

Yes. The license can be applied to your own machines running everywhere you want (on premise). Note that you can always test this by going into the Kibana UI and start a trial license. I think you have 30 days then. ---
