# Imap plugin not loading

I installed the imap plugin.

```auto
logstash-plugin list --verbose | grep imap
logstash-input-imap (3.2.1)

```

this is my logstash config file

```auto
input {
  imap {
    host => "imap.gmail.com"
    user => "nkknkk@gmail.com"
    password => "***"
    secure => true
    folder => "INBOX"
    fetch_count => 10
  }
}

output {
  stdout { codec => rubydebug }
}

```

I am seeing the below error in the logs. don't understand why it says unable to load plugin?

It says in the error “Couldn't find any input plugin named 'imap'“. Is the plugin installed? If not you will have to do that first.
