# Impossible to download a csv file

Hi,

I am using kibana 7.6.1.  
But it's impossible for me to download my search as a csv file.  
When I save the report and I click on share, I only have the permalink option not the download as a csv option.

Are you running the OSS distribution of Kibana? CSV export in Discover is only supported in Basic and upwards.

I'm using the OpenDistro version Kibana 7.6.1 (basic)

OpenDistro is a separate distribution not maintained by Elastic. It does not include the CSV export function for Discover. You can download the regular distribution with all "Basic" level features here: [https://www.elastic.co/downloads/kibana](https://www.elastic.co/downloads/kibana)
