# Incorrect document about an aggregation "value\_count" type?

Hi,

When I read the aggregation document, I found typo in the following page.  
[http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/search-aggregations-metrics-valuecount-aggregation.html#\_script\_7](http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/search-aggregations-metrics-valuecount-aggregation.html#_script_7)

Description : ”Counting the values generated by a script:

But, I think value\_count does not support script, because I don’t find “script” in ValueCountParser.java

Does it make sense?

Hi Jun,

It seems you are correct. Please open an issue on this as either the  
documentation needs to be changed or the functionality implemented.
