"Previously, you could only set a log level that applied to the entire Logstash product. Starting with 5.0, you can configure logging for a particular subsystem in Logstash." [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/logging.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/logging.html)

Where can I configure the logging for a particular Logstash output plugin? I'm currently using Logstash 5.6.2 and I can't locate the instructions for this configuration. Thanks.

This is documented at [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/logging.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/logging.html), search for "Persistent changes should be added to log4j2.properties".
