# Increase timeouts between ES and logstash

hello,  
I'm facing the issues means:

> [[main]\>worker5] elasticsearch - Attempted to send a bulk request to elasticsearch' but Elasticsearch appears to be unreachable or down! {:error\_message=\>"Elasticsearch Unreachable: [[http://elastic:xxxxxx@elasticsearch:9200/](http://elastic:xxxxxx@elasticsearch:9200/)][Manticore::SocketException] Connection reset", :class=\>"LogStash::Outputs::Elasticsearch::HttpClient::Pool::HostUnreachableError", :will\_retry\_in\_seconds=\>2}

logstash is successfully processing logs but I'm thinking is is possible to increase timeout between elasticsearch and logstash ?
