Unfortunately release notes can be more complicated than they should be. The only change I’m aware of in that release was fixing the “status” button in Windows Security Center for Agents with Elastic Defend on WIndows. (see [ElasticDefendStatus - File not found (v9.3.0)](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/elasticdefendstatus-file-not-found-v9-3-0/384899) )

We used to have the release notes for this pipeline more automated but that process needs to be updated. In this case the Agent release note should indicate there aren’t any code changes from 9.3.0 and Elastic Defends release notes should reference the fix linked above.
