HI I want to insert around 50 million records and I want to search. Is it possible? Are there any performance issue? ---

Kinda hard to answer, it really depends on what kind of hardware you are using and the queries you are sending (and how fast). But to answer it another way, I can say there are many people who are searching millions/billions/trillions of documents in Elasticsearch. Petabyte-sized clusters are possible. But of course, they aren't doing that on a Raspberry Pi, so it sorta depends on cluster hardware 🙂 ---
