# Index lifecycle error security\_exception, permission issue

We just installed beats with recommenced permissions, but now we'll getting the same permission issues from all beats.

5 indices have lifecycle errors in Kibana under **Management / Index management**

```
security_exception: action [indices:admin/open] is unauthorized for user [auditbeat]
security_exception: action [indices:admin/open] is unauthorized for user [packetbeat]
security_exception: action [indices:admin/open] is unauthorized for user [filebeat]
security_exception: action [indices:admin/open] is unauthorized for user [metricbeat]
security_exception: action [indices:admin/open] is unauthorized for user [heartbeat]
```
