You'll want the [ingest-attachment](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/plugins/5.2/ingest-attachment.html) plugin.

You can have a look at [Implementing Ingest Attachment Processor Plugin](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/implementing-ingest-attachment-processor-plugin/52300/11) for an example which will help you I think
