After the completion of reindex process,the size of new index is very big compare to original index.Although i force\_merge the index nothing happened. Original index size was 101.7gb and new index is 140gb around.We've change the mapping in index template.It could be the reason of high index size ---

It's possible the mapping is the reason for that, yes. ---
