# Indexing in elasticsearch source code

Hi,

I am using mobz(web interface) for creating indexes.  
I have build elasticsearch-elasticsearch-v0.18.0-8 source code,now can  
anyone help me to find where exactly creating indexes happening with  
m shards and n shards in the source code?  
I am using intellij IDEA as well.
