# Ingest nodes persistent queue

Hello,

Imho it would be an awesome feature if ingest nodes could have a persistent queue. Is this something worthy of a feature request? Or technically undoable?

Currently this is not possible as the ingest node is basically enriching the document before it gets written.

Feel free to open a github issue about this!
