# Insert CSV to ES

Hi  
I'm trying to insert a new CSV file to ES.  
Got Successfully started Logstash API endpoint {:port=\>9600}  
But Nothing Happen.....It seems to me that Logstash uses a previous mapping I made for other file.. .  
Is it ?  
The file looks like this:  
User\_Id,Age,Gender,Occupation,Zip\_Code  
1,24,M,technician,85711  
2,53,F,other,94043  
3,23,M,writer,32067

My Config file looks like this:  
input{  
file{  
path=\>"/Users/office/Desktop/Elasticsearch data/ufo.csv"  
start\_position =\> "beginning"  
sincedb\_path =\> "/dev/null"  
}  
}   
filter{  
csv{  
separator =\> ","  
columns =\>["User\_Id","Age","Gender","Occupation","Zip\_Code"]

I got sucssefule massage:  
Sending Logstash's logs to C:/logstash/logs which is now configured via log4j2.properties
