Is there any step by step guide to install curator v5 on windows-8?

Not really. There’s an MSI installer and a zip file you can choose between. You need to create the client YAML config file and a YAML action config file. Then it needs to run from a command line, either powershell or cmd. You can set it up to run from a scheduler after confirming it works at the command line.
