# Installing plugin on Kibana Cloud

Hello Thomas,

You'll likely want to work with Cloud support to get specific help here since the discuss forums generally can't help too much with Cloud unless it's a general Kibana issue that could be experienced in any environment.

Having said this, I'm not certain custom plugins in Cloud are supported, see [this thread](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/custom-elastic-and-kibana-plugin-support/190304).
