Hi,

when I try to search an index for "it" there are no results. Does that mean
"it" gets ignored in the analyzing process? And if so, how can I turn that
off?

Thanks for your help!

Hannes.

Yes, "it" is one of standard stop words in Lucene:
[https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/blob/lucene\_solr\_3\_5/lucene/src/java/org/apache/lucene/analysis/StopAnalyzer.java#L51](https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/blob/lucene_solr_3_5/lucene/src/java/org/apache/lucene/analysis/StopAnalyzer.java#L51)

You can change this list for default analyzer in config file:

index:
analysis:
analyzer:
default:
type: standard
stopwords: ["foo", "bar", "baz"]
