# Is it possible to restrict phrase suggester to returning existing "phrases" only?

Hello,
I have been evaluating phrase suggester and I have couple of questions:
1. When executing a query, is it possible to restrict phrase suggester to
returning word combinations (order does not matter) that only exist in the
index?
2. When executing a query, is it possible to restrict suggestions to those
matching a filter. I do not want to show suggestions which when used as
part of the original query will return nothing. So ideally I would like to
supply suggester with the same filter as the query uses (minus actual
search text)
