# Is it possible to run a shell script from Kibana?

Is it possible to customize one of the Kibana web pages to have a link/button that runs a shell script (in the server that hosts Kibana) upon clicking it?

If so, where do I find documentation or tutorial that explains how to do that?

No there's not, as that'd be a potentially large security risk.
