# Is it possible to setup secure access to Logstash monitoring and log API

Hi,

Is it possible to setup access to Logstash Monitoring API & Logging API [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/6.6/logging.html#\_logging\_apis](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/6.6/logging.html#_logging_apis) access over SSL.

Or how do I make access to these API restricted or more secure.
