# Is it possible to sort data table using header in Canvas (7.1.1)?

Hello.
I understand that you could sort fields in _Expression editor_ using [sort function](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/canvas-common-functions.html#_sort)
but I think it is bit less user friendly since you have to modify the expression everytime you change the sort field.
So, I thought it would be easier if sorting using header field is avaialbe , like in below site.

However, looking through [the document](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/canvas-common-functions.html#_table_2) sorting seems to be not supported in pure table function.
Is there any way to do sorting using header field ? Or is it already in line for feature request ?
