I am trying to assess the cost impact of using Index Lifecycle Management. According to [Subscriptions | Elastic Stack Products & Support | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions), it seems to be a free feature but the same page shows "Configurable retention policy" as the paid feature.

Are there any features of Index Lifecycle Management that do not come with a free and basic license?

It's free.

The item you are referring to relates to Stack monitoring.
