# Is there a Elasticsearch 6.x changes listener?

I've seen changes plugin that are available mostly on Elasticsearch versions 5.4 and below. Is there a way or plugin for Elasticsearch 6.x that I can track or save changes made in the index? I'm using the Java High Level Rest Client for ES. Thank you. Much appreciated.

there is no couchDB like changes API in elasticsearch at this point
