Is there a limit on disk size for single ES node? We have 900 GB storage size on ES node, we want to extend to 2 TB, Will I encounter any problems?

There is no hard limit, but the amount of data your node can handle will depend on the amount of RAM/heap it has available, mappings, shard sizes and the load it is under.
