[https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/6053](https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/6053) seems to indicate that there was work done on a beats installer for MacOS, but I cannot find any evidence of it available for download. Does such a beast exist? ---

It has not been officially released, but it can be built from the repo if you run `make package` on macos.
