# Is there a way to change opacity of region map legend?

The legend of the map is transparent which is not readable when the background has data/ text. So is there a way to change the opacity of map legend?

unfortunately there isn't such a feature now. Please feel free to open a feature request on [GitHub](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?template=Feature_request.md) for that features.
