# Is there a way to change the algorithm of calculating the scores of document?

We have a index that stores a bunch of documents. We want to show the documents with the scores that is independent of the frequency.（Specifically we want to show the result in a random way while keeping those with high scores on top） Is there a way to do that or we`d better not want to change it anyway? Thanks in advance！
