Is X-pack (Alerting, reporting etc) going open source? if not what would be the cost. I installed x-pack on Kibana and elastic search and it is running in a trail version. I'm getting confused after reading this [https://www.elastic.co/products/x-pack/open](https://www.elastic.co/products/x-pack/open)

Can anyone provide some details on this please.

[This blog post](https://www.elastic.co/blog/doubling-down-on-open) describes the change quite well and should answer your questions.
