# Issue when elasticsearch is reindexing

Hi everybody. We have an issue with Elasticsearch 5. As long as we are reindexing we get these kind of errors, this is the stacktrace:

// Searchkick::ImportError: {"type"=\>"index\_not\_found\_exception", "reason"=\>"no such index", "resource.type"=\>"index\_expression", "[resource.id](http://resource.id)"=\>"f24b7e1f-f701-4778-ae96-9dea31edf120\_buildings\_staging\_20180919234810798", "index\_uuid"=\>"_na_", "index"=\>"buildings\_staging\_20180919234810798"} on item with id '1'

So, we could not reindexing all the day long, even if we tried like 4 times the result was the same stacktrace. Please, let us know how can we handle this situation as soon as possible. Posdata: The building with id = 1 exists in the database. Thanks.
