# Issue with Elasticsearch occupying too much memory and Kibana getting hanged while querying

ES 6.8.0  
Kibana 6.8.0

i have allocated 10 GB in heap size.  
xms10g  
xmx10g

when i check performance in task manager the disk utilisation shows around 93%, i there any issue with swap space to increase the memory to prevent it from hanging.

i have changed NODE\_OPTIONS="--max-old-space-size=8192" in kibana.bat file. doing this i am getting the below error on opening kibana in browser.
