# Issue with Strigo lab not starting - Elastic Eng 1 On-Demand

Issue with Strigo lab not starting Lab 4.1 - Elastic Eng 1 On-Demand

When I try to access the workstation on Strigo it's failing with the following error

We have encountered a technical issue while setting up you lab. Please contact your event host to resolve the issue

Please can you look into this?
