# Issues to create kibana visualization

Hello everyone,

I am using Kibana version kibana-8.2.0 and I am currently in the graphical interface. Kibana is able to read the data in my Elasticsearch database. I have created an index and a data view.

When I click on Discover in my graphical interface, I can see my data. I save it with the intention of adding it to my dashboard. I am able to create my dashboard and it looks like this:

However, I am unable to create a new visualization. When I click on "create visualization", nothing happens:

The page does not load. Do you know what the problem might be?

Can you please help me?

Hi @boubou,

Do you see any errors in the DevTools console? Does a hard refresh of the page solve the issue?
