Please do not post images of text. They are not searchable, some people will be unable to see them, and we cannot cut and paste text when we are interested in reproducing your issue.

The error is that /var/lib/logstash/queue is not writeable by the user that is running logstash. That probably means you are using persistent queues. How have you configured path.queue?
