# Jdbc input to close db connection

Hi Team

I am using Jdbc as my input in logstash configuration . our configs has a schedule of once in every hour. we want to ensure that that the dbconnections are closed after the read operation is completed. Is there a parameter for the same in input section.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
