# Jmx module - Jolokia metric set

Hi there!

I´ve developed a Jmx module for the metricbeat that polls data using Jolokia: [https://github.com/vas78/beats/tree/master/metricbeat/module/jmx/jolokia](https://github.com/vas78/beats/tree/master/metricbeat/module/jmx/jolokia).  
It already runs in some test environments and seems to be working quite well, although test coverage and currently available features may be not that impressing yet 🙂  
Anyone interested? Should I create a PR for that?

@vas78 That is great to hear. You should definitively open a PR for with this code. This will allow us to discuss it more and details and also provide feedback. No worries, the PR does not have to be perfect in the first run. We often use PR's to discuss things as code often says more then a thousand words 🙂
