# Kibana 4 authorization exception

Hi,

We use AWS elasticsearch service and kibana is installed on the ec2 instance. From last few days, we started getting below error.  
Could you please let us know what may cause this error?

Hello,

It's a little hard to tell here but you may want to start by [checking your cluster health](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/cluster-health.html).
