Hi

I want to hide few visualizations from Visualizations UI for all users, though its physically available. I will add those to default dashboard. At the same time, others cant add those to dashboard, as its invisible. Is it possible??

Regards
Ram

Hello,

You can try to do this with access permissions on elasticsearch documents. Here are our docs for this: [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/x-pack/current/defining-roles.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/x-pack/current/defining-roles.html). You will need x-pack security for it.

We have spaces starting 6.4 of Kibana version where you can create spaces and give permissions to users to access a particular space - which can contain its own visualizations and dashboards.

We def like the use of using spaces and its going to get better with feature controls.

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
