# Kibana 6.2.2 Starts but not listening on 5601

I just installed Kibana 6.2.2 on CentOS 7.4, when I run "systemctl status kibana.service" it says "active (running)", however, it's when I do a netstat I'm not showing a socket created on 5601.
I noticed some permission errors in the /usr/share/kibana directory but after chown'ng the directory to kibana:kibana the permission errors seem to be resolved, however, it's still not opening a listening socket on 5601.
I looked through the forums and google'd a bit but didn't find any solution. Any nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, looks like I got it to listen, now I have another issue with the index, but I will investigate.
