# Kibana 6.8 Controls visualization- Option list

Hi,  
I have created an option list using controls visualization and i see that i cannot sort the numbers. the numbers display 0,1,100,1000... I want to display it as 0,1,2,3,4... can any one help me out.

Hi Neeraj,

Kibana is displaying the values of this particular field. You can use scripted fields to change the format of a value or assign it to a value to display. But I am not quite sure what is that you are expecting to change here?

Hi,  
Thank you for the reply.  
I am expecting the numbers to be sorted in ascending order.  
It should either arrange the numbers in ascending or descending order. I select a file name and that has page numbers in it. So those page numbers should be sorted and that is not happening.

Hi,  
I am not able to achieve this still.  
I have drop down list and Kibana does not auto sort the numbers in the drop down list.  
Can you please help me with this. I am looking to sort the number in the list.
