Hello,

I update kibana 7.7.1 to kibana 7.8.0
Before update all of my images were in this folder `/usr/share/kibana/optimize/bundles/src/legacy/ui/public/field_editor/components/field_format_editor/editors/url/icons/flags/tr.png`
my index pattern URL template looked like that
`/bundles/src/legacy/ui/public/field_editor/components/field_format_editor/editors/url/icons/flags/{{value}}.png `
After updated kibana 7.8.0 my images in this folder deleted and I reuploaded.
But my URL template link cannot work anymore.
When I click right to image and click open in new tab the url look like that
[http://192.168.239.129:5601/bundles/src/legacy/ui/public/field\_editor/components/field\_format\_editor/editors/url/icons/flags/tr.png](http://192.168.239.129:5601/bundles/src/legacy/ui/public/field_editor/components/field_format_editor/editors/url/icons/flags/tr.png)
and the message is {"statusCode":404,"error":"Not Found","message":"Not Found"}

This looks like a bug. Mind creating an issue at [https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?template=Bug\_report.md](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?template=Bug_report.md)?
