# Kibana and elasticsearch count mismatch

Hi ,

I am using ES 2.4 and Kibana 4.6.4 version.  
ES is using 12 GB RAM, running in linux.

We are pushing data in ES through BulkProcessor and its going good.  
Issue occur when we have huge insert to ES, like 2 million record per minute.

i can we see data in ES with plugin head.  
But count in kibana doent match.  
For few minutes kibana doesnt show anything.  
Than start showing some data but count doesnt match.

Any help.

Can you provide some screenshots? Are you sure that the timefilter is matching the timefilter in head? Is there a timefilter in head?
